1. Job Centre Management have agreed to point deaf job seekers in our direction and DWP Accessibility Management have agreed to promote our new service to large national based employers.
    We are currently working on the systems required to enable us to provide this support. We will also be linking with Members who already assist job seekers who are deaf or have a hearing loss with their CV or during interviews.
    We are also working to improve awareness and wider introduction of reasonable adjustments. E.g., for young people with a hearing loss who are moving from education into employment and need support.
