Action on Hearing Loss GP Survey

Over the past three years, NHS guidance and quality standards have been introduced across the UK which to improve the way GPs and other NHS services communicate with people who are Deaf. Action on Hearing Loss have launched a major new survey to gather evidence on the impact of these changes.
A video has also been produced, see link below, which explains the survey in BSL. Action on Hearing Loss are offering an option for people to book appointments with them so that your answers can be given in BSL over Skype/Facetime.
