Change of Chairs at NRCPD
As of 1 December, Sandra Verkuyten OBE will be chair of the NRCPD Board. She takes over from Huw Vaughan Thomas, the Auditor General for Wales.
Sandra said: “After four years on the Board, I am excited to be taking on the role of chair at a critical point in the evolution of NRCPD.
“We have recently released our statement of regulatory intent and are about to embark on an in depth conversation with our Registrants and the people who rely on their services. I look forward to applying my experience as chief executive of the Hearing Aid Council to making NRCPD fit to be a statutory regulator.”
