Making health and social care information accessible
NHS England has begun a programme of work to develop and implement an Information Standard for accessible information and they want to know what people think about their plans for making health and social care information accessible via three surveys:
All of the surveys are available online at www.engage.england.nhs.uk or by clicking on the links below:
- Survey for patients, carers and service users
- Survey for health and social care professionals and organisations
- Survey for support and supplier organisations, including patient groups, communication professionals and local healthwatch
Completion date for survey – before 21 February 2014.
