Sky have announced a trial of video relay as a way of contacting their accessible customer services team using BSL.
The service is available via their accessibility website (http://accessibility.sky.com/contact-us/contact-sky-using-british-sign-language), which in turn links to a remote interpreter.
The services is available from 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday, all you need is a webcam.
Laura Johnston, from Sky, said “we want to make it easy for customers with disabilities to get the most from Sky. The service is enabled by SignVideo’s technology and we are glad to be working with them.”
