Video Relay Services are currently unregulated but InterpreterNow!, Red Dot Online Interpreting Service, SignLive Limited, Sign Solutions and SignVideo have voluntarily undertaken to sign up to a set of standards developed by UKCoD which are detailed below. UKCoD is looking at ways in which complaints can be dealt with but it is suggested that in the first instance any complaints about the service is referred to the organisation the deaf person has called.
